Your responsabilities
As a Lead Generation & CRM Automation Specialist at Resortecs, you will own our inbound and outbound prospecting processes. You will ensure our CRM is a well-oiled machine that efficiently turns cold leads into engaged prospects. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, you will implement data-driven strategies to accelerate our growth.
Your main tasks and responsibilities include:
(1) Identify and source new leads: Research and compile lists of potential client companies (fashion and sportswear brands, workwear manufacturers, etc.) using tools like LinkedIn, Clay.com and industry databases. Ensure a steady flow of qualified leads enters the top of the funnel.
(2) Manage and optimize the CRM: Maintain a clean, organized CRM with up-to-date information on leads and prospects. Implement automated workflows, email sequences, and lead scoring to nurture prospects through the marketing & sales funnel.
(3) Execute outbound campaigns: Design and run targeted outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage prospects. A/B test messaging and tactics to improve open and response rates, and adjust campaigns based on data insights.
(4) Align with marketing for inbound: Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to support inbound lead generation (content downloads, event leads, etc.). Ensure marketing automation flows (landing pages, newsletters, drip emails) are optimized for conversion and properly integrated into the CRM.
(5) Data analysis & reporting: Track key metrics such as lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign performance. Analyze data to identify bottlenecks or drop-offs in the funnel and propose improvements. Regularly report on growth KPIs and ROI of lead generation efforts to the Head of Sales and management.
(6) Support the sales process: Work hand-in-hand with Business Developers and Account Managers by providing them with well-qualified leads and actionable prospect insights. Schedule meetings for the sales team with high-potential prospects and ensure a smooth hand-off of information.
Your profile
• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales operations, or marketing automation (startup experience is a plus).
• CRM & automation: You have a first experience in using CRM tools (HubSpot or Odoo) and creating automated email workflows, sequences, and marketing campaigns.
• Analytical and detail-oriented: You love digging into data to find what works. You have a solid grasp of Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, and you pay great attention to detail when it comes to data quality and campaign setup.
• Tech-savvy: Familiarity with growth tools and techniques is a big plus – whether it’s using workflow automation platform, web scraping for leads, or SEO/SEA for inbound marketing. You quickly learn new digital tools to gain an edge.
• Good communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You know how to craft compelling outreach messages. Proficiency in other languages (French, Dutch, German, etc.) is highly beneficial in our international context.
• Autonomous: You can work independently to drive your projects forward, but you also collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You are proactive, resourceful, and not afraid to take initiative to meet targets.
