ResortecsREcycling, SORting, TEChnologieS – is an award-winning start-up that develops Design for Disassembly solutions. We drive full circularity in the fashion industry with stitching threads and disassembly systems that make textile recycling easy. We’re scaling up our impact and need your skills to connect us with forward-thinking brands, recyclers, and partners worldwide.

Your responsabilities

As New Business Lead, your mission is to generate qualified meetings, build pipeline value, and push prospects to verbal conditional offtake commitments. Once pilot-ready, you hand over to the CEO (for exec buy-in/signature) and to our Account Manager for execution and adoption.

Your main tasks and responsibilities include:

Hunt new business: Identify and reach out to prospects across fashion, bedding, automotive, and workwear.

Qualify inbound leads: Manage first contacts and qualify inbound opportunities before handover.

Secure commitments: Drive conversations until verbal conditional offtake agreement is reached; CEO signs, you prepare and push momentum.

Expand within accounts: Open doors in new divisions or regions of onboarded brands when needed.

Build pipeline: Keep CRM updated, track opportunities, and ensure speed of progression from intro to offtake.

Collaborate: Work with the CEO for top-management buy-in and with Account Management for seamless handovers.

Your profile

Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or deal-closing roles in B2B, relevant experience in textiles preferred.

Hunter DNA: Persistent, resourceful, and fearless in reaching the right people in complex organizations.

Negotiator: Strong commercial instinct; able to push deals forward while keeping relationships constructive.

Organized: Skilled at keeping pipeline alive and juggling multiple prospects.

Languages: Fluent in English and French/Dutch; German or Spanish a plus.

Tools: Comfortable with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Mission-aligned: Bold and savvy; you believe in circularity and enjoy convincing others of its business value.

Strategic & hands-on: You can craft high-level strategy but aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves. You’re equally comfortable defining a brand narrative, analyzing campaign metrics, or tweaking a social media post.
